Become a Sales Manager at aizy
Help build aizy’s growth and close deals that make real impact with AI-driven marketing. As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for acquiring new customers and scaling our sales engine. You translate opportunities into concrete deals and help companies grow with our AI solution.
What you will do
Proactively approach prospects via calls, email, social channels, and events
Generate and follow up on leads (inbound & outbound)
Plan and deliver demos (online and face-to-face)
Translate customer needs into the right solution
Manage and optimize your sales pipeline in HubSpot
Close deals and independently conduct contract negotiations
Actively contribute to improving our sales strategy
What we are looking for
At least 2–4 years of sales experience (preferably B2B or SaaS)
Strong in new business and closing
Comfortable with targets and performance-driven work
Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot)
Good communication skills (NL + basic ENG)
Proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset
Preferred: experience with outbound, LinkedIn, and lead generation tooling
What we offer
Base salary between €3,500 and €4,250 + bonus (up to approx. €7,500 total)
Unlimited upside based on performance
25 vacation days + flexible working hours
Work from our office in Breda
