Word Sales Agent at aizy
As a Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact with potential customers.
You lay the foundation for new collaborations by having conversations, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities.
You ensure that our Sales Managers can focus on closing deals.
What you will do
Conduct phone conversations with business leads
Qualify leads based on need and potential
Schedule appointments for Sales Managers
Identify commercial opportunities
Record conversations in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team on targets
Contribute ideas for commercial initiatives
What we are looking for
Available at least 24 hours per week
MBO level 4 working and thinking level
Strong communication skills
Comfortable on the phone
Commercial mindset
Results-driven and proactive
Fluent Dutch
What we offer
Salary between €2,600 and €3,250 (full-time)
Bonus scheme up to €2,500 per month
25 vacation days
Travel allowance and pension plan
Informal work atmosphere with a close-knit team
