Become a Performance Marketer at aizy
Build campaigns that truly perform and make an impact with AI-driven marketing. As a Performance Marketer at aizy, you are responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that directly contribute to growth for our clients.
What you will do
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google and social platforms (Meta, etc.)
Analyze data and translate it into concrete optimizations
Continuously improve performance based on AI insights and data
Contribute ideas on strategy, targeting, and campaign structure
Steer toward returns (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
Test new campaigns, creatives, and angles
Collaborate with the team to achieve maximum growth for clients
What we are looking for
At least 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (SEA / Paid Social)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking (GA4 is a plus)
You understand how to scale campaigns while keeping them profitable
Proactive, independent, and results-oriented
Curious about AI and how it makes marketing smarter
Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up environment
What we offer
Salary between €3,000 and €4,500 per month (depending on experience)
25 vacation days + flexible working hours
Working from our office in Breda
