What you will do
Lead and coach the performance team
Define and monitor strategy across Google, Meta, and other channels
Responsible for performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, growth)
Scale campaigns and accounts to the next level
Translate data and AI insights into strategic choices
Contribute ideas on positioning, targeting, and growth strategies
Optimize processes, structure, and ways of working within the team
Collaborate with product and tech to maximize the use of AI
Directly contribute to the growth of clients and aizy
What we are looking for
4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing (SEA / Paid Social)
Experience leading or coaching a team
Strong strategic and analytical insight
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking (GA4)
Understands how to scale campaigns and keep them profitable
Data-driven and results-oriented
Proactive and takes ownership
Interest in AI and automation within marketing
Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up
