As an HR / Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
You don’t just build a team, but also the structure and culture needed to grow in a scalable way.
What you will do
Set up and execute recruitment strategy
Attract and select talent for different teams
Build employer branding and hiring processes
Optimize onboarding and employee experience
Advise management on HR and growth
Develop HR processes and structure
Safeguard culture and team development
Contribute ideas on organizational growth and scalability
What we are looking for
Experience in recruitment and/or HR
Strong communication skills and ability to connect people
Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment is a plus
Proactive and independent attitude
Strong organizational skills
Eye for culture and team dynamics
Results-driven and structured
