What you will do

As a Social Advertising Specialist, you build, manage, and scale Meta and LinkedIn campaigns for a great portfolio of clients. No two clients are the same, so you look at what is needed to achieve growth on a client-by-client basis.

You steer towards the goals that truly matter, test extensively with creatives, and continuously discover what works. You quickly turn the insights from our own AI technology into smart choices that make a difference in the results.

Do you see opportunities on TikTok or Pinterest? Then you happily run with those as well. You work closely with the performance team, share your knowledge with colleagues, and connect with our tech department to get the maximum value out of our own AI software.

In short: you combine strategy, creativity, data, and AI to make campaigns smarter, faster, and better all the time.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute paid social, but truly understands it. Someone who looks beyond just the buttons in Ads Manager and thinks about the best approach for each individual client.

You recognize yourself in this description:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the Meta and LinkedIn space. Ads Manager has few secrets left for you, and you know how to smartly structure, optimize, and scale campaigns.

• You have a sense for creatives. You see what works, what can be improved, and how to test this in a clever way.

• You think strategically along with each client, instead of applying the exact same trick everywhere.

• You enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues and actively contribute to our weekly sessions where we tackle challenges together and make campaigns better.

• You are proactive, take ownership, and have the drive to keep growing. Do you have experience with TikTok and Pinterest? That's a plus. Do you mainly have the ambition to get stronger in those areas? That is great too.
