We are growing fast. And that is why we are looking for a Sales Manager who will take our pipeline to the next level.
Your role
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities. You open doors, start conversations, and ensure that the right prospects get to talk to Aizy. You are at the frontline of our growth. You work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build a strong, predictable pipeline.
What you will do
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and target the right SME ICPs (e-commerce, scale-ups)
Qualify leads and gain a clear understanding of customer needs
Schedule high-quality meetings for BDRs and Account Executives
Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns
Work with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Continuously optimize your outreach and messaging
What we are looking for
3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role
Strong communication skills (NL + ENG is a plus)
You have experience with online marketing
Energy, drive, and a clear winning mentality
Comfortable with targets and performance KPIs
Perseverance; you don't give up after a "no"
Structured and disciplined in your way of working
