Become Medior / Senior Product Manager at aizy
At Aizy, we build software that helps agencies and webshops manage their online advertising. Our platform collects campaign results, provides AI-driven recommendations, and can automatically execute changes in advertising accounts. With our AI assistant, clients interact with their own data and implement recommendations directly.
We are now expanding toward an AI marketing cockpit: a single decision engine that coordinates paid advertising, SEO, visibility in AI search engines, and content creation. The team is growing rapidly and has an ambitious roadmap ahead. We are looking for a product manager to bridge the gap between users and technology, ensuring we build the right things in the right order.
What you will do
You will be the first dedicated product role in an engineering team of about eight people. You will sit directly between the people who use and sell Aizy and those who build it. You gather requirements, validate them, and turn them into actionable choices for the team. You will work closely with the CEO, who oversees the vision, and the CTO, who oversees the technology.
Manage the roadmap and priorities. You transform a long list of epics into a clear sequence with milestones, explaining why certain things are included or postponed.
Gather and validate requirements with users: business owners, agencies, and their clients. You talk to them, observe how they work, and test ideas before we build them.
Collaborate with our in-house Performance and SEO teams. Our marketers and SEO specialists use Aizy every day for clients and are the first to know what is missing or could be improved.
Connect sales and marketing to the product. You listen to what prospects ask for, know what is coming down the pipeline, and ensure that promises align with the roadmap.
Translate requirements for the team. You flesh out features into something developers can build: detailing the problem, the user, the definition of "done," and how we measure success.
Keep the backlog refined together with the developers. You are accessible for questions and make quick decisions whenever something is unclear.
Provide feedback. You demonstrate new features to users, sales, and marketing, and measure the value delivered to them.
Who we build for
We build for three types of users, and their needs don't always align.
The entrepreneur. Owns an online shop or business, has limited time, and no marketing team. Wants to get started independently, see what Aizy does, and let Aizy handle most tasks automatically.
The agency. Manages dozens of clients and needs oversight: which client needs attention, what Aizy suggests, and what can run automatically. Prefers to approve actions beforehand and shares reports with clients.
The agency's client. Follows along with their own login, chats with the Agent, and reviews recommendations, but leaves the execution to the agency.
Additionally, agency specialists collaborate directly with business owners. Your task is to build a product that feels intuitive for all these users.
Where we are headed
At the core of Aizy is a decision engine. It makes suggestions backed by rationale, expected outcomes, and confidence scores. Clients decide how much control they want to retain: ask first, manually approve ad changes, or run everything on autopilot. Everything Aizy does is transparent and reversible.
Our roadmap includes:
Expanding beyond Google Ads and Meta to new channels, such as ChatGPT Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
SEO and visibility in AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, with improvements that Aizy can apply automatically.
Content Studio, which creates ads, posts, and articles tailored to the brand's identity.
Integrations with e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and accounting software, allowing Aizy to optimize for actual revenue rather than clicks.
Taking our platform global.
That's a lot. That is precisely why we need someone who isn't afraid to make tough prioritization decisions.
How we work
We maintain short communication lines. The backend is built with Python and FastAPI, the frontend with SvelteKit, and we use Claude alongside other AI models. You don't need to write code, but you should enjoy understanding how things work and be able to hold technical discussions with developers.
We use AI daily, including in our product workflows: summarizing customer interviews, writing specifications, building prototypes, and analyzing data. We are looking for someone for whom this comes naturally and who actively explores what works best. You maintain the big picture and ensure high-quality outcomes.
What you bring
You have several years of experience as a product manager or product owner for a software product, preferably SaaS.
You have taken features from concept to release and can demonstrate the impact they achieved.
You enjoy talking to users and can translate their feedback into clear decisions for the engineering team.
You switch effortlessly between talking with an entrepreneur, joining a sales conversation, and diving into technical discussions with developers.
You know how to prioritize and say no, clearly articulating why—even to sales and marketing.
You communicate clearly in writing. A developer understands exactly what needs to be built after reading your specifications.
You are data-driven: you interrogate the numbers and are confident making decisions even when the picture isn't fully complete.
You embrace AI as an integral part of your craft and actively seek ways to work smarter and faster with it.
You enjoy working together with colleagues at our office in Breda.
Dutch is our primary office language. You speak and understand it well enough to participate effortlessly in meetings, client calls, and casual conversations.
Bonus points for experience in online marketing, Google Ads or Meta, agency-facing products, AI products, or subscription and pricing models.
You don't need to tick every box. Above all, we want to hear about what you've built, the decisions you made, and what you learned from them.
What we offer
Salary between €5,000 and €7,000 per month (depending on experience)
A friendly team with flat hierarchies. We work together from our office in Breda, support one another, and always make time for good conversations.
A product role you can shape yourself. You help define how we approach product management and the strategic choices we make.
Room to grow, with potential paths toward Head of Product and increased responsibility as the company scales.
The opportunity to build our core product. You will directly see the impact of your decisions on our customers.
Ample freedom to work extensively with AI. Successful workflows and innovations are adopted team-wide.
We are a growing startup. Priorities can shift, and there is still plenty to build. This gives you substantial freedom to help shape the direction of both the product and the team.
Get in touch
Send us your resume, LinkedIn profile, or examples of what you've built, along with a few lines explaining why this role appeals to you. A portfolio, repository, or interface sample is welcome, but not required.
