Become Senior Performance Marketeer at aizy

Build campaigns that truly perform and make an impact with AI-driven marketing. As a Performance Marketeer at aizy, you are responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that directly contribute to growth for our clients.

What you will be doing

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google and social (Meta, etc.)

• Analyzing data and translating it into concrete optimizations

• Continuously improving performance based on AI insights and data

• Contributing to strategy, targeting, and campaign structure

• Steering for return (ROAS, CPA, conversions)

• Testing new campaigns, creatives, and angles

• Collaborating with the team to achieve maximum growth for clients

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing (SEA / Paid Social)

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking (GA4 is a plus)

• You understand how to scale campaigns while keeping them profitable

• Proactive, independent, and result-oriented

• Curious about AI and how it makes marketing smarter

• Comfortable in a fast-growing scale-up environment
