At Aizy (pronounced: "easy"), we are looking for a Business Development Representative who gets energized by calling. Someone who wants to see results and knows that success in sales starts with taking action every single day.

As a BDR, you open the door to new clients. You call business owners, start the conversation, and quickly discover if there's a match.

Aizy is there for every company that wants to grow online. Because of this, behind every conversation could be a new client.

You will work in a sales team where energy, results, and collaboration are central. You talk to business owners and decision-makers every day. You ask the right questions, get them excited, and ensure it results in an appointment. Your goal is to secure as many quality appointments as possible for our Sales Managers.

Aizy makes strong online marketing affordable for every business owner. Our proprietary AI software optimizes campaigns around the clock on Google, Meta, TikTok, and ChatGPT. In addition, each client has a dedicated online strategist who provides strategic input.

What you do

• You spend most of the day on the phone, turning an initial contact into a concrete sales opportunity.

• You reach out to new clients, with a focus on outbound sales and cold calling.

• You speak with business owners and decision-makers, sparking their interest.

• You ask the right questions, discover their needs, and determine if a prospect is a good fit for us.

• You schedule quality appointments for our Sales Managers.

• You review your own metrics every week, share what you learn, and continually improve.

What you bring

• 1 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, or another commercial role is a plus, but not required.

• You get energized by calling and you are persistent: a 'no' doesn't throw you off.

• You are commercially minded, persuasive, and a strong communicator.

• You enjoy working towards results and feel comfortable with targets and KPIs.

• You speak and write excellent Dutch. English is a plus.

• You are interested in marketing, AI, and entrepreneurship. You don't need to be a marketer.

What you get

• A fixed salary of €2,750 to €3,750 gross per month (full-time), depending on your experience.

• A €25 bonus for each completed appointment, paid out monthly. Hit your target, and a substantial amount will be added to your salary each month.
