As a Sales Agent, you open the door to new clients. You call potential clients, engage in conversation, and quickly determine if there is an interesting match.

You will become part of a driven sales team in which energy, results, and collaboration are central. You will speak with various entrepreneurs and decision-makers on a daily basis. Your strength? Asking the right questions, creating enthusiasm, and ensuring that an appointment is scheduled.

Your goal? To realize as many high-quality appointments as possible for our Sales Managers.

What will you do?

• For the largest part of your day, you are active on the phone, turning first contacts into concrete sales opportunities.

• You approach potential clients with a strong focus on outbound sales and cold calling.

• You speak with entrepreneurs and decision-makers and know how to spark their interest.

• You ask the right questions, uncover needs, and determine if a prospect is interesting.

• You schedule high-quality appointments for our Sales Managers.

• You analyze your own performance, share insights, and continue to improve yourself every week.

What do you bring?

• 1 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, or another commercial role.

• You get energy from calling and have perseverance: you are not thrown off by a 'no'.

• You are commercial, persuasive, and possess strong communication skills.

• You are results-oriented and feel comfortable with targets and KPIs.

• You speak and write excellent Dutch. English is a plus.

• You have an interest in AI, technology, and marketing.
