As an Account Executive at Aizy, you don't just learn sales. You also learn how AI works in marketing and how to sell a proposition that demands more than a price list.

What you do

• You conduct discovery and advisory calls with owners and directors of SME companies: web shops, lead generators, B2B companies, and brands with an internal marketing team. You do this online or on-site.

• You translate what you hear into a business case and package recommendations or a customized proposal. You negotiate and close.

• You build a predictable pipeline and manage it, with monthly and quarterly goals.

• You actively reach out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and follow up on inbound requests from our marketing campaigns.

• You smoothly hand over new clients to onboarding and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across Paid, SEO, and GEO.

• You brainstorm with Marketing about campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.

Your calendar is largely filled by our appointment setters and marketing campaigns, including on BNR. In addition, you build your own pipeline.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, independently acquiring new clients—preferably for services or subscriptions—with a proven track record of hitting targets.

• Knowledge of online marketing, for instance at an agency or SaaS company. You know what ROAS, CPA, and CPL mean, or you learn it quickly.

• You can sell something whose results are only visible after a few months, winning the trust of entrepreneurs to do so.

• You manage the entire sales cycle yourself, from the first call to the contract.

• You speak excellent Dutch. English is a plus.

• You work in a structured way and keep your pipeline and the CRM up to date.

• You are entrepreneurial, results-driven, and take ownership of your numbers.

• A fixed salary of €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience.
